• OpenAI retains API data for up to 30 days for monitoring and abuse prevention, after which it is deleted.
• We do not share personally identifiable information beyond what is necessary to generate the requested output.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion, we retain minimal data for legal and accounting purposes for up to 90 days, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized. Usage analytics data is retained for 26 months.

Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
